Old Republic Title Holding Company has been doing business with Business Works of Hawaii (one of the five states in which we operate), for almost five years.
In my thirty-two years at Old Republic, I have only twice encountered such a rare and remarkable vendor. I would not hesitate to recommend them 100 percent to any business in search of equipment and/or service. This company has exhibited over-the-top honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and professional handling in each and every situation. Their employees are polite, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. Their service credo is impeccable.
My company is now exclusively using Konica/Minolta copiers/scanners/ printers and our offices are thrilled with their performance. We replaced over four hundred Xerox copiers and have never had regrets. Business Works does an excellent job of providing and taking care of our copiers and fax machines, and is always available if some special handling is needed.

Hi Lou,
Everything went very well with the equipment. George was here and wrapped everything up but he had to go back to Lihue to get straps to hold down some of the equipment on the copiers. It is OK to charge the balance on the contract. Would you just let me know what you charged the first time and what you will charge the second time? I need to have back-up for our accounting people.
I am very pleased to report we did not have to call George once. All of the equipment worked very well. We ended up not using 6 of the cell phones as some of our people just used their regular ones but one of my crew did say that #18 did not work so we just switched it out. And then we did not use one of the new phones at all.
I would recommend you company very highly and we will definitely contact you the next time we are in Hawaii.
